The ÉLAN Eyebrow D-COLOR 2.0 Tint Removal System is a professional-grade solution for correcting over-darkened brow tints while preserving the natural hair pigment. This two-step system efficiently removes synthetic dye buildup for both partial and complete color correction. Each emulsion is 10 ml. Made in Turkey. PAO: 6 months. Both phases are required for correct use.
