Our Policies

01 Delivery Confirmation

Once delivery confirmation/tracking information becomes available, Curacoro is no longer liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. It is the customers’ responsibility to provide a complete, accurate and valid shipping address and contact information.

02 Backorders/Preorders

We strive to remain fully stocked with all products. Occasionally, a greater demand for a product may create an "Out of Stock" situation. Curacoro reserves the right to refund the “Out of Stock” product(s), in order to move onto further processing and fulfilment.

03 Damaged Merchandise

Curacoro requires all customers to thoroughly inspect and verify the contents of their orders immediately upon delivery. If you believe that an item(s) in question was damaged during transit, please notify us via email: support@curacoro.com, within twenty-four (24) hours of receival of the product. It may be necessary to require 1-3 business days for us to contact the courier company for damage inspection to investigate, and open a claim. All original packaging materials must be kept for claim purposes. Any product(s) that has been discarded without our approval, will not be eligible for replacement or store credit. In all cases, the damaged merchandise must be returned along with packaging materials. Curacoro reserves the right to either replace the item or offer an in-store credit towards the same/or other products. No return(s) will be accepted without prior authorization/approval from Customer Service.

04 Returns

Curacoro must be notified via email: support@curacoro.com, within ten (10) business days of receival of the order/package. Orders over ten (10) days old are non-returnable and non-refundable. You, the customer, are responsible for shipping charges. All items need to be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Return Items must be unopened, unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you’ve received it. In the event that a return is a result of our error, we will pay the return shipping fee. No return(s) will be accepted without prior authorization/approval from Customer Service.

05 Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be reflected back onto your credit card or original method of payment. Refund processing time is dependent on your card-issuer, bank, or method of payment, and may take up to 7 business days.

06 Cancellations

Any placed order can be cancelled without penalty until it has been packaged. Once packaged, a 15% restocking fee applies. Once shipped an order cannot be cancelled, nor refunded. All orders, whether initial or additional, are subject to acceptance by and shall only become effective upon confirmation by Curacoro, which reserves the right to reject any order at any time.

07 Sale Items / Discounts

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Curacoro reserves the right to cancel any sale items, at any time, along with the right to disable other discount codes if it is not eligible to work in conjunction with our current promotions.

08 Returns Due to Customer Error

If a shipment is returned due to entering an incorrect address or oversight in not including a building or suite number, shipping & handling fees apply. This includes errors in the product(s) selected. Once the item(s) are returned, please allow twenty-four (24) hours for re-processing. Overnight orders placed on Fridays will not be fully processed until the following Monday.

09 Exchanges

No exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization/approval from Customer Service. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email within ten (10) business days from the date you received the products via support@curacoro.com. Once you receive authorization/approval from our Team, you then can send your approved item(s) to:

Orders over ten (10) business days old are non-returnable and non-refundable. All items need to be returned within fourteen days of receipt.

Exchange Items must be unopened, unused and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you are located, the time it may take for your exchanged product(s) to deliver, may vary.

10 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next step, please contact your bank. Refund processing time is dependent on your card-issuer, bank, or online method of payment, and may take up to 5-10 business days. If you’ve followed all the steps, and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via support@curacoro.com.

11 Electronic Warranty Policy

Any Electronic Devices sold by Curacoro have the quality warranty within 6 months of purchase, with the condition that the fault was caused by the manufacturer. In this case, please contact us immediately, so we can help you with the refund or exchange.
