How many pink lashes make a statement without becoming a pink set?

Far fewer than with a deeper colour - placing pink on roughly one in eight to one in ten top-layer lashes already reads clearly. If a client wants the colour obvious in every photograph, a concentrated block through the outer third is more controllable than raising the count across the whole eye.

Does pink work on blonde or very light natural lashes?

It does, but the effect changes from accent to overall softening, because there is less contrast for it to work against. If the client wants distinct accent points on light lashes, place them adjacent to darker lashes so there is a reference tone beside them.

Why does the same pink read coral on one client and fuchsia on another?

The surrounding tone drives it - against warm brown natural lashes and warm lighting it reads coral, while against cool black fibre it reads fuchsia. It is the same pigment, and a daylight preview against her own lashes removes the surprise.

Do bright colours change how long the set looks fresh?
