Thuya Special Liquid Solution Dye Developer is a 60 ml professional activator formulated for Thuya eyebrow and eyelash tints. The liquid format supports dye oxidation so the colour develops into a vibrant, long-lasting result on the hairs. When used with Thuya tints, the standard professional preparation is equal parts tint and developer. Its fluid consistency makes it a practical option for artists who prefer a lighter mixing texture during brow or lash colour services.
