Tina Davies I ❤️ INK Brow Pigments Blonde is a ready-to-use permanent makeup pigment designed for a light taupe result for fair, cool-toned or blonde clients. Its undertone is neutral/warm, its value is light, and the formula is warmed with yellow. The shade is recommended for fair and pink skin tones (Fitzpatrick 1–2) and is suited to light blonde, dark blonde, platinum and grey hair. It can also be used when working over orange/salmon, red/pink, green and purple faded PMU. The pigment is designed to heal true to tone, delivers 90%+ colour retention and uses high-lightfastness colour for greater stability. It is gamma-ray sterilized, vegan and cruelty-free.
