2. Apply Vegan Permanent Gel: 10–11 minutes for thin/sparse brows, 12–13 minutes for medium brows, or 14–15 minutes for thick/coarse brows.
3. Apply Vegan Neutralizer Cream using the same thickness-based timing.
4. Apply Vegan Regenerating Cream as Step 3.
5. Leave Vegan Regenerating Cream on the brows for 24 hours for best results.
6. Advise clients to keep brows/lashes dry for 24 hours and avoid steam, swimming and excessive rubbing during early aftercare.
