The fine, powder-like formula can be mixed with Noemi Step 1 Lifting Lotion or Step 2 Fixing Lotion to create a thick, gooey paste that helps secure the lashes during a lift. It can also be used with cysteamine-based Step 1 lash-lifting lotions. For Step 1, mix 40–50% Gooey compared with the amount of lifting lotion. For Step 2, mix 30% Gooey compared with the amount of fixing lotion. The 5 g powder has a 6-month PAO, is vegan, and is made in Germany. For professional use only.

Add Gooey Lash Lift Powder equal to 40–50% of the amount of lifting lotion.
Mix until a paste-like consistency is achieved.
Let the mixture sit for 60 seconds.

For Step 2:

Measure the fixing lotion.
Add Gooey Lash Lift Powder equal to 30% of the amount of fixing lotion.
Mix thoroughly.
Let the mixture sit for 60 seconds.

Adjust the amount according to the lash structure if necessary. If the mixture is too thick, add more lotion. If the lashes do not adhere sufficiently, add more Gooey.
