Designed for lash technicians with at least 6 months of experience, it combines faster processing with conditioning support to help fortify, hydrate and soften the lashes. Processing time is calculated from Step 1: use half of the Step 1 application time plus 2 minutes—for example, a 10-minute Step 1 is followed by 7 minutes of Neutralising Cream+. It is available as 5 sachets of 1.5 ml or a 10 ml vial and is made in Italy.
