How to use: Mix the Noemi Hybrid Dye with the Noemi Developer in a 1:1 ratio (Developer: Dye). For a natural eyebrow tint, leave on for 10 minutes. For a dramatic skin-staining effect and long-lasting results, process for 15 minutes.

After Brow Lamination or Lash Lift: Process for 3-5 minutes. To prevent the colour from becoming too dark, consider mixing in the Clear Colour Corrector in a 1:1 ratio with your chosen shade.
