PERMA BLEND Brunette is a cool, medium-dark brown permanent makeup pigment with a yellow base, designed for natural-looking to more defined brunette brow results. The medium-value shade is suitable for Fitzpatrick skin tones 3–6 and can also be used to darken other pigment colours when additional depth is required. Artists can customize the tone with compatible modifiers or dilute the formula with shading solution when needed. The pigment is formulated with a high pigment load and high lightfastness and is described as providing 90%+ colour retention. It is vegan, cruelty-free, CTL certified, gamma-ray sterilized, made in the USA, and registered with CPNP and BVL.
