BrowXenna® Brow Scrub is designed to cleanse and gently exfoliate the brow area before colouring or other brow treatments. Cedar cone particles help remove dead surface skin and improve the skin's receptiveness to tint pigments, while olive oil, jojoba oil, and shea butter provide moisturizing and nourishing care. Panthenol is included to soothe and condition the skin. The scrub is also described as helping improve local circulation during exfoliation, supporting the treatment-area preparation process. It is suited to brow services where smoother skin and a clean treatment surface are desired before subsequent products are applied.
